We are very excited to be joining LifePlace to bring awareness for Forsaken Generation.

1 in 50 kids in the US are Homeless.
42% of them are under 6 years old.
20% of them will attempt suicide.
50% of them left home because they were physically abused.
30% of them were sexually abused.
1 in every 260 of them will die from assault, illness or suicide.

How are these innocent children slipping through the cracks of society and being forced to live a life void of love and compassion? Most of us are fortunate enough to live comfortable lives and it is often easy to get caught up in our daily routine and forget those that do not experience the same basic standard of living that we all desire. We allow our fellow human beings to wallow in loneliness and abandonment; if we will not befriend the alienated, then we are the cause of their alienation.
